From day one we’ve made it a point to ensure all customers are treated equally and fairly. We don’t change our prices often for that very reason. Yet, some of our competitors believe in changing prices depending on the day of the week, or time of day, or color of the sky, or for who knows what.

Our belief on this is simple: If you charge one customer more than the other, you risk upsetting the customer who paid more, and that’s something we never wish to do.

To ensure our customers always remain fully confident in their purchasing decision, even after the sale, we have introduced a 30 Day Price Guarantee.

Terms & Conditions

If at any point within 30 days of your original purchase date you find the same product(s) on sale for less through Red Rock 4x4 or a competitor of ours we will gladly refund the difference through one of two methods:

1. If the price difference is reported within 7 days from the original purchase date, a refund will be issued for the difference.
2. If the price difference is reported after 7 days but within 30 days from the original purchase date, we will offer an in store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Requirements

• We require proof of the ad.
• Offer does not apply to ads containing anything competitor deems a misrepresentation such as misprints or typos.
• Offer does not apply to discount membership programs.
• Competitor’s pricing must be advertised in some form of online, video, broadcast, or printed media. Verbal pricing agreements, mail in rebates, e-mail quotes, internet forum private message quotes, coupons, gift certificates, etc. do not qualify. Storewide discounts and instant rebates do however qualify.
• Competitor’s pricing must be available to all customers.
• Competitor must be an authorized dealer, verified by product manufacturer.
• Competitor must have product(s) available within the same timeframe as when originally purchased.
• For orders consisting of multiple products, the discount will be calculated based on order total rather than per product.
• All associated fees such as shipping, handling, processing, sales tax, etc. must be factored in to Competitor’s price.
• Offer does not apply to core, installation or labor charges.
• Offer does not apply to sales tax charges in a situation where Red Rock 4x4 must charge tax but Competitor doesn’t.
• Offer does not apply to EBay or EBay store advertisements.
• Offer does not apply to clearance, factory refurbished, open box, seconds, display unit(s), or any product that would not be considered 100% new and factory sealed.
• Discount coupons cannot be applied to price-matched items.
