Strongly recommended for Cherokees, and Grand Cherokees with 242 transfer case and over 3" of suspension lift to eliminate driveline vibrations. Includes Tom Wood's Slip Yoke Eliminator and a Tom Wood's Premium XBCV Drive Shaft with dust boot and extended life splines.

Drive shaft comes painted black.

** There is a $400 refundable core charge included in the price of this item for the return of your usable main shaft after you have installed the slip yoke conversion. Upon receiving and verifying the condition of your stock main shaft, we will refund the core charge.

*** XJ's will require rear pinion degree shims to correct the rear pinion angle for the CV drive shaft after installation.

**** With the Tom Wood's SYE + Custom Built CV Drive Shaft package listed above you have the option of having the CV Drive Shaft built with Tom Wood's Premium, Long Travel slip yoke & spline stub with dust cap rather than the conventional slip yoke & spline included in the price of the kit by selecting the Premium XC CV Shaft option above. We would not consider this to be an issue of strength but more of longevity for these two parts. Whenever possible we recommend going with the Premium XC CV shaft.
