The Rugged Ridge Winch Line Sampener helps reduce the risk of injury due to recoil in the event of a winch line or recovery strap failure. The dampener is manufactured from durable vinyl, features heavy duty storage pockets, and a reflective band. It folds up for easy storage and can be worn as a safety vest. Fits all winch cables and recovery straps up to 3" wide. Simply place the dampener on your recovery line and add weight to the pockets to help absorb energy and reduce the whip of a failed winch cable.
