Install took about 30 minutes. There
Is a slight space at the cab but wi be adding some weather stripping and it should take care of it.

Either the product is subpar, there is no quality control, or the packing of the product is very poor. I originally ordered the trifold cover about two to three weeks ago. The first one had a broken plastic piece where it bends. I returned it and received a replacement which was completely broken into two parts. I re ceived the third one today and the plastic on both sides where it bends was broken. I couldn't open it all the way because one of the pieces was binding and I didn't want to do more damage. I wish to return it and get my money back.

Easy installation, have a few concerns. I could have bought a cheaper scratch and dent but chose not to, but the one that arrived had faded areas and dent as well. Fit isn't perfect may allow water to enter.

This cover fits the bed of my Gladiator very well. There is a very slight overhang on the corners. Two things to watch out for: The pieces of the cover did not line up out of the box, so when I tried to lay everything out to fit on the bed there were some cracking sounds - I figured out the problem before anything broke. Also, some of the weatherstripping had very little glue to hold the pieces on (several fell off), but with a little epoxy, this problem was solved quickly.

A little hard to figure out the one page of instructions, but the video cleared it all up. Less than 5 minutes to install. My wife loves the rugged hardtop and trifold stowage.
