RedRock 6-Switch Control Box with Harness and Digital Voltmeter (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK)

Be sure to read the reviews as some of the directions provided with this product are not 100% accurate to all the Jeeps. The fuse selection is important in this process. Also, the switch box mounting may need some creative mounting for your Jeep as the tape does not stick well. It has been a great product for connecting all my additional lights.

I had no vehicle wiring experience. Several videos out there that work well. Fuses listed on instruction and product video do not work for 2017 wrangler. Unit stays on constantly with those fuses. I forgot when I put pics but will see if it will let me upload one more with fuse I wired to based on another customer review and it worked. I drilled couple holes where adhesive is and used self-tapping screws to mount and worked great. Quite pleased. Took around 2-ish hours.

The install was fairly straight forward. The bus bar under the hood was easily installed and had plenty of wire to go around the engine bay. However, DO NOT use the M27 fuse slot for the "Key Switch On" slot as it will keep the interior switchs constantly lit. I used slot M9 "Rear Seat Heater" as I don't have that option and it only is active when the key is on. The interior bracket attachment isn't the greatest will need to modify with through bolts later.

I installed this a few months ago. The only issue I had was the screws used to clamp it to the windshield tie down hoop. I swapped them out for M4x.70 bolts,lock washer and flat washers. I used a 9/32 min wrench to tighten it down. I also added a layer of thicker mounting tape and it looks as good as it works now.

I didn't want to spend the money on the all in one so I bought the switches ,relay box and all the other stuff needed. Once I got this all the other crap went back to Amazon !!! It might be a bit more expensive but WAY worth it. So easy to install and wire. Once it's in just wire the lights to the box and your done !
