RedRock Custom Molded Mud Guards; Front and Rear (18-25 Jeep Wrangler JL, Excluding Rubicon)

First off, the mud flaps fit well and look good, but there are some issues. The hardware included is practically worthless. They are metal pull rivets, blind fasteners that will pull through the mud guard and do not expand enough to fasten to the back side. They provide steel washers to use, which dont look good on the visible side, and being they are blind rivets, putting the washer on the back side is beyond difficult. Also the 8mm screw they sent is usable but a bit short.
Do yourself a favor and get the factory style plastic blind fasteners and a pull tool for them if you order these mud guards. This way it will look like a factory install and the job goes very quickly. I had to abandon the install using the hardware included in the kit because it was virtually worthless. Three days later the OEM equivalent fasters arrived and a half hour later I was done with the job.
Also, the rear mud guards were labeled backwards, but this wasn't an issue because they only go on one way, but it does make you pause to think about it. If they had sent the OEM style fasteners and the next size up screw this would have been five star rating.

These are solid mud guards, which I prefer. I did not want the flimsy, rubber mud flaps. They look great. I used all my tools and know how to install to last. Turned front tires sideways in order to install. Took off back tires to install straight and professionally. Used rivets, screws and washers, and plastic push pins. I made the right choice.

Rubicons are not the only Jeep packages to come standard with rock rails. We we're able to make the install work, but as new to Jeeps with an Oscar Mike edition the other RedRock flaps would have fit better. Note that the hardware included wasn't what was needed and we had to bolt the flaps in place. Installation took several hours as we had to manipulate the install and find hardware to hold the flaps in place.

Didn’t fit right into my 2018 JL. Took longer than expected to install because the flaps didn’t plug right in. Around 3 hours to install. Overall well made and look great on my car

I received the Mud Guards for my 2021 JL Willys. The install was essentially very easy however There were only two plastic rivets with the kit and another dozen aluminum rivets with washers. The aluminum rivets themselves won’t expand enough to work in the 1/4 holes unless you use the washer on the expand side of the rivet. Problem is, several of the areas there is no access to the back of the river. The plastic rivets expand enough to meet the 1/4 requirement. Be nice The kit had more plastic rivets.
