Easier install than anticipated. Challenge is removing old sleeves. Take your time, and be careful but not difficult. New sleeve installed smooth and easy.

The tool that comes with fits right in the door hinge to remove the old pins. With help removing the two doors I had it done in less than hour.

Perfect fit. Slips right in with just a little nudging from a small hammer. Makes a very big difference in door operation. Doors operate much more smoothly with the installation of these bushings.
Hardest part of the replacement and most time consuming is the removal of original bushings.

These are cheap plastic bushings. The first one broke on installation. I'm going to replace them with OEM bushings.
