The hauling helper has help me by giving me more space in the cargo area of my jeep. I had to put my big ass cooler in the back and took a lot of space and it was heavy, now I don’t have to pick it up as far and have plenty of space in the back.

The carrier is very well made and extremely easy to place on my jeep. Really easy for a small woman to lift or beginner with tools. The carrier enhances the appearance of my jeep and I look forward to using it for the first time this Friday for a long road trip. Awesome purchase.

We just bought this rack and it came off while on the highway and destroyed one of the pins the rack sits on. There are only 2 pins holding the mechanical connection of the rack to the bar. We had to unpack it all in the pouring rain and place it in our car. Our poor dog was squished in the backseat. I am severely disappointed in the quality of this rack. I’m scared to reuse it now and lose our gear. 400$ out the window! Beware!

Love the cargo rack. You hardly even notice it's there once on. Hitch pitch not included. We bought it so there'd be more space inside the jeep with the rear seats folded down for our 3 dogs on 10+ hour road trips. I do wish it came with several pre-drilled hitch holes though so you can choose the length. If there is a downside, it's you can't really access the jeep from the back since the rack sits right around the spare so you can swing open the hatch back.
