I have never bought in channel vent shades. Have always gotten ones that stick to paint or out side molding. These in channel vent shades are amazing. Extremely happy

They don't get much easier than this, folks, Roll the window down, insert the deflector, and roll the window up. They're sturdy plastic with a fairly high tint, that sits a few inches down from the top of the window. They're flared at the bottom of the front curve to help deflect away from the unshielded lower section. They don't wiggle at all once you lock them into place, and the wind noise is notably lower when driving with cracked windows (There's still some, of course, but that's just the nature of airflow). My Wrangler is black so with these allowing me to crack the windows, the sun shade, and the roof mats, it's a noticeable improvement in ambient oven cooker temperatures on hot days.
