RedRock LED Hood Tie Down Lighting; Amber (21-25 Bronco)

This is a really cool upgrade for the Bronco. It adds really cool lighting, and is really easy to install. However, I’m giving it three stars because it comes with some kind of cellophane cling wrap over the clear LED housing(meant to be removed when opening for install), and the wrap was obviously applied before the LED housing was installed to the steel tie down. So now when I pull the cellophane cling wrap off, it is wedged in between the LED housing and the steel tie down and can not be fully removed. I’ve spent more time trying to cut it out with a razor, than it did to install both new units. I still can’t remove it all, and it can be easily seen from any angle that there is plastic wrap wedged between the tie down and LED housing. Disappointed that something so simple ruined a nearly perfect product.

I love the look of these lights. I paired my RedRock LED Hood Tie Down Lighting; Amber with the Aeroskin LightShield Hood Protector; Black, and I achieved the look I wanted while protecting my hood from the rock road I live on. Install was really easy but finding a fuse to tap took the longest amount of time. The instructions say to use fuse #21 but on my bronco (badlands SAS) That is an unwired spare. After reviewing the fuse box diagram in my owners manual, I tried fuse # 125 (USB smart charger) but this one stayed on with vehicle off. I ended up using fuse # 25 (rear camera/cruise control) and it works just as intended. These are lit instead of the headlights for DRL.

Great look on my black 2 door bronco ... makes the front hood area pop (amber led hood tie down lighting) ... can't say enough, luv the eye catching add on! ... recomend this to all bronco owners for a head turning look!
