Woven Polyester Construction. This RedRock Mesh Sunshade is manufactured from heavy duty, woven 1000 Denier polyester for extreme durability against everyday wear and tear. In addition, this Top features a PVC coating to protect it from the sun's harmful UV rays.

Simple Installation. One of the nice things about the RedRock Mesh Sunshade is that it does not require any special tools or modifications for installation. The most important thing about this shade is how great of a job it does at blocking the sun. The sun in Colorado is relentless, as it undoubtedly is in any high elevation area. I was sitting at a light with the sun directly above me and it wasn’t an issue at all. Similar to that of sunroof glass in a car.

I also like that there is no issues with opening and closing the soft top, and the back straps are not elastic bands.

My only gripe is that it can only tighten so much, causing it to flap a little loudly. The side connections are elastic bands, so there’s a bit of give that makes it flap in the wind. Not a terrible problem at all, especially for the sale price point, just has a little floppy look to it that I’m not the biggest fan of. Also, complaining about road noise with the top off is like jumping in a pool then complaining about being wet, so that’s a nonissue.

With that being said, I’m very satisfied with the sun shade and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the summer weather without burning their skin or their wallet.
