Rugged Styling and Protection. This RedRock Stubby Front Bumper will give your Toyota Tacoma a rugged off-road appearance with its aggressive angular styling. Designed to install in conjunction with your stock factory bumper, this Stubby Bumper features two high strength D-Ring mounts with 9,500 pound rated D-Rings and a fabricated tubular over-rider hoop for additional front-end protection. This Bumper will allow you to confidently handle the bumps and bruises of off-road and daily driving.

Light Mount. Perfect for night-time trail runners, RedRock had the foresight to design their Stubby Front Bumper with a mount that will allow you to install a 31.5-inch auxiliary light bar. Lights are not included - sold separately.

High Quality Construction. Fabricated from heavy-duty steel tube and steel plate for strength, this RedRock Stubby Front Bumper is cold formed into shape. After trimming and final finishing, RedRock then completes its Bumper in a 2-stage finish, using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade, matte black powder coating for durability and long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Straight Forward Installation. Please note that this RedRock Stubby Front Bumper installs in conjunction with your stock factory bumper and that modifying the factory bumper is required for installation. The install can be completed in about 2 hours with just basic hand tools and the help of a friend.

The bumper is very solid and looks good, but the install instructions were garbage. We abandoned them halfway through and went to YouTube.
Despite what the customer service folks say, you do have to cut into the front bumper for the install.

I own a 2023 TRD Off Road. The advertising pictures showing the fit between the stubby bumper and the facia show minimal gap between the two. This is not what I experienced. The installation instructions were also not very precise. The pictures are too small and in black and white.

The quality of the stubby bumper is great. Excellent weld quality. The finish of the bumper is excellent as well.

The appearance is good. It could be better if the stubby bumper contoured better to the facia.

It is hard to beat the price on this unit, especially since it is built well.

I did take a scrap piece of the facia and a heat gun to fabricate a filler piece between the bottom of the stubby bumper and the skid plate. I felt that there was too much of a gap and the radiator could be hit by road debris.
