RedRock Tailgate Plug Kit (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK)

Does the job of filling in the unwanted holes from the spare bump stops and brake light. The 2 plugs for the bump stops are very tight, so no concern about them. The plug for the tail light grommet could definitely be a little better. It's not awful, but I don't feel that it's very secure. Wouldn't surprise me if I lose that one at some point. This set would be perfect if, like other grommets, there was a locking flange to hold them in place.

This tailgate plug kit is JUST what you need if you are modding your Jeep tailgate. If you are upgrading from the stock tire carrier or doing a delete, don't be CHEAP! Spring for this little kit and do it right. The price, fit, and function are exactly what you need to do the job right. I'm very happy I purchased this plug kit when I did the upgrade on my JK's stock tire carrier.

Refreshed the tailgate those open holes were an eyesore. Would recommend to everyone who has removed factory spare tire mount.
